We warrant to the original purchaser of the CustomTieDowns.com product manufactured by us, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER IN RESPECT TO ACCESSORIES OR PARTS NOT SUPPLIED BY US. THIS WARRANTY SHALL APPLY ONLY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
If it is determined that a CustomTieDowns.com product is defective, we will provide a new, replacement product at no cost to the customer. CustomTieDowns.com will pay for all shipping charges related to the defective product and it's replacement.
