Sublimation Printed Polyester Webbing

Your design, Our Production. Make Webbing

Sublimation printing is a unique imprinting process where digital artwork is printed on specially formulated paper then transferred to webbing using pressure and heat. The finished sublimation imprinting can include nearly any design, art or color. We offer this printing process on our polyester webbing to create the most vibrant, brilliant webbing available on the market. See Examples

Sublimation printing is available as single sided and double sided printing options.

    SINGLE SIDED
  • Single sided printing has custom artwork printed on one side of the webbing
  • Opposite side of the webbing is printed with a custom solid color
    DOUBLE SIDED
  • Double sided printing has custom artwork printed on both sides of the webbing.
  • Custom artwork printed on each side can be the same or different designs

Sublimated webbing can be purchased in rolls or pre-cut to specific strap lengths.

    BY THE ROLL
  • All sublimated webbing is available by the roll
  • Rolls of Sublimated Webbing are usually 100 feet
    CUT TO LENGTH:
  • Sublimated Webbing cut to length is priced based on the length of the cut strap
  • Cut to length webbing is GUARANTEED to be continuous, it will not have splices or breaks

CustomTieDowns has refined the Sublimation printing process, but it is a complex setup and printing process. Due to the complexity of sublimation imprinting, minimum order quantities and artwork setup fees may apply.

We are currently highlighting a few options of our printing capabilities: High Res Image Printing, Patterned Printing and Pantone Color Matching. These are only a few of the possibilities, so don't hestitate to email or call and lets us help thru the possibilities.

If using our webbing to make your own strap assemblies, always strength test your strap after sewing to ensure the proper strength is achieved. Each type of webbing has advantages and disadvantages associated with its construction, to see a webbing comparison, visit our webbing page: WEBBING COMPARISON.
